Refund policy and terms

Short on purpose. You agree to this text before any payment, and we keep a record of the version you agreed to.

Refunds

Refunds: payments are, in general, not refundable. Email credit packs are one-time payments. Gmail auto-clean is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time on your account page. If a payment went wrong on our side, write to harish@biz59.net within 7 days.

Terms

• You buy email credits once. Each pack shows the credits it adds; they don't renew and are used after the day's free emails.
• Email credit packs are never charged again by themselves.
• Gmail auto-clean is a subscription: $3 a month for up to 3 Gmail accounts, charged to your card every month until you cancel. Cancel on your account page at any time; auto-clean then runs to the end of the month you paid for.
• No spam: accounts that send unsolicited mail are closed and unused credits are not refunded.
• The service is provided as is. Short interruptions can happen; we tell you by email when they do.
• Seller: Biz59 LLC, New York, NY. Payment by Stripe; we never see your card.

Cancelling a subscription

Open your account page, find the subscription and press Cancel subscription. It keeps running to the end of the month you paid for and nothing more is charged. If the button gives you trouble, write to harish@biz59.net and we cancel it for you.
